Viewers play games straight from TikTok chat — no account, install, or link required. This page covers what to tell your audience.

Joining

Your first action joins you. Type a guess, cast a vote, or send a like and you’re in the game — there’s no join command to remember. If you want your name on the lobby roster before a game starts, type:
!join
This is optional and purely cosmetic — it doesn’t gate play. Once you’ve joined a stream’s session, you stay joined as the host switches between games.

Team and queue commands

Some games use simple chat commands to pick a side or line up:
CommandUsed in
!a / !bTeam games and tournament mode — choose your team
!queue1v1 games (such as Pairdle) — line up to challenge
Most other games just take your answer directly: type the word, the letter, or higher / lower, depending on the game.

Gifts in games

Many games give TikTok gifts an in-game effect. The exact behavior depends on the game and the host’s setup, but the common patterns are:
  • Lifelines — a gift banks a charge that saves you when you’d be eliminated.
  • Reveals — a gift uncovers part of the answer for everyone, with bigger gifts revealing more.
  • Time / progress — a gift advances the clock or the clue sequence (for example, unblurring an image faster).
  • Game-specific moves — some games map gifts to bespoke actions.
Hosts may also require a gift or a number of likes to join a particular game. When that’s on, the game tells viewers what’s needed.

Building a reputation

Wins are tracked per streamer, so playing regularly in a room earns you a place on that streamer’s leaderboards and unlocks avatar ring tiers as your win count climbs.
