Quartets is in beta — details may change.
A connections-style sorting race. Each round shows sixteen numbered tiles, and four hidden groups of four share a category — sometimes literal (“dipping sauces”), sometimes wordplay. Chat claims a group by typing its four tile numbers; the first to lock all four members wins that group. Trickier groups are worth more, and a wrong guess costs a strike.

Gameplay

1

Read the board

Sixteen numbered tiles. Four of them share a hidden category — find the sets.
2

Claim a group

Type the four tile numbers to lock a group, e.g. !q 1 5 9 13. First to name all four members claims it.
3

Mind your strikes

A wrong guess costs one of three strikes for the round. Out of strikes and you’re locked out until the next round.

How scoring works

Groups are weighted by difficulty using the connections color order — the literal group scores least, the wordplay group most.

  • Four groups, four colors. Yellow scores 1, green 2, blue 3, and purple — the wordplay group — 4.
  • Claim with four numbers. Type the four tile numbers in any order; only the exact set of a group’s four members locks it.
  • Three strikes. A wrong set costs a strike; three and you sit out the rest of the round. Guessing three of a group’s four members surfaces a “one away” callout on the stage.

Gifts

Quartets has no gift mechanic — it’s a straight sorting race, so there’s nothing to send. Gifts still reach the streamer as normal; they just don’t change the game.

Scoring

  • Claiming a group banks its color value: 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 for yellow / green / blue / purple.
  • Points accumulate across the rounds; the highest total wins, and ties are shipped as co-winners.
  • Points feed the per-streamer tally behind avatar ring tiers. Wins are tracked per streamer.
